As the title of the blog mentions, I do like to learn new things, so this is gonna have a bunch of random topics that have captured my interest at a given time. Usually, one topic lasts for some time till I have acquired a good understanding and then I move on to something completely unrelated.
Before joining the work force as a software developer, I studied in Hamburg, Harvard and Oxford in various subjects. Currently, I am working on a Scala project that runs on AWS Lambda and before that, on setting up a Kubernetes cluster on AWS (Ansible, CloudFormation, CoreOS, HashiCorp Vault, ELK-Stack, …). However, this blog will not be primarily about software engineering, just some topics that I want to explain to friends. Hope you find it interesting here.
